Cat7 Flat cables are made of 4 shielded twisted pair (SFTP) of copper wires with two RJ45 connectors on each end. Compared with the Cat 6 network Ethernet cable, the additional shielding and improved quality in twisting of the wires provide better protection from crosstalk, noise, and interference that can degrade the signal quality.

Cat 7 Shielded Ethernet Cables Standard provides performance of up to 600 MHz and speeds of up to 10 Gb/s. And it is Compatible with Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A cables.
